everyday i fall asleep at 5 am and wake up at 1 and schools about to start so i need to know: what are some tips you can give me to help me sleep

  1. Set an alarm to get up an hour earlier each day & try to go to bed an hour earlier each night. If school is really close you might have to start getting up 2-3 hours earlier, so you will be really tired at night. Before bed do things to relax like drinking warm milk or taking a warm bath. Don't watch TV or read in bed before trying to sleep.
