How can i solve this problem

well you see i live in an apartment and its Little well not that little but i guess you may called it little for a pool yes i want to have a little pool you know those plastic ones(lol) but in the bottme in the first flor somebody lives there and if water drop they are going to be complaining....i told my mom an she ARE YOU NUTS i go like no...so what can i do about it..10 POINTS FOR BEST ANSWER

Your landlord will freak!   But if you're going to do it, as you probably will, lay down a few tarps that are waterproof or a few shower curtains.  

The water will get gross so you may have to add a touch (little drop) of bleach or chlorine for a pool, or dump once a week if you are swimming in it.  Is this for show or are you going to "hang out" in it?  Just curious.

Hope your landlord doesn't show up!!  And please be kind and don't let it leak on your neighbor!!  PS the weight could collapse the ceiling so be very carefull!!  You're nuts by the way-lol
