How can i speed up my kicks and reflexes?

Could any one tell me some drills that i could do to speed up my kicks and reflexes.

  1. Have you tried ankle weights and weighted gloves just to shadow box with yet?  Usually a little resistance can go a long way in help with improving speed.  Also try running 5 drills moving from one work out to the next as fast as possible.  You should have an outside opinion handy to be brutally honest about speed improvement.  Some times it just takes a yelling coach or teacher to help improve reflexes as well.  Moral support is always key as well.


  2. According to me the best way to improve reflexes is to meditate .This will make you alert .and for kics i suggest practising the for atlest 2 hours.you know what bruce lee said ??he was afraid of a fighter who has practised 1 kick 10000 time and not scrared of a fighter who knows 10000 kicks.

  3. Best way tranin for kicking is train with nature run up mountains and hills duck jump 1km up hill duckwalk 1km up hill pick your fav kick (sample sidekick) hold on to bar rise the kick leg, stop watch standing by sidekick for 1min none stop after you get better at it wieghts on leg kick for min and 2min so on! same with other fav kicks and learn how to step fighting kicking techs: best form would be Taekwondo they have the best kicks and steping drills reflexes is up to you if you like pain go for it you know what I'm talking about.
