How can i spice up my sixth form/college outfit, and make myself look more fashionable?

at my sixth form we have to wear a black suit with any colour top/blouse. But i want to have a bit of style, and look different and exciting. How can i do that?

well wear the black suit but underneath wear a silky blue/ torquoise colored blouse.

hot pink under the black if you really want to pop, find a blouse that has like a collar, an other color would be turquoise with some jewerly to match,

You could add a pattern to the top or add a badge or add a broche. Also i dont know if you would be allowed add accessories like a scarf, hat, necklaces, bracklets etc.
