  1. You've got to practice a ton!! Especially on your approach! Do a ton of jumping conditioning so you can jump higher. The higher you jump the more you can get on top of the ball and hit it harder.


  2. practice your approach, if you have a high beam, or something up high like that in your house, take your approach, and pretend you are hitting the ball (even though you will be hitting the beam)

    that will help with your approach.

    if your timing is what you are struggling with, or if you are in the wrong place to hit the ball, wait until after the ball is set, to see where it is going, and how high it is. that can help you determine how long to wait to jump, and where to go.

    to help your hits be harder, lift weights, and do push-ups, and more exercises to increase your upper body strength. this will help you to be able to hit the ball harder.

  3. u need to practice ur footwork like if ur right handed go left right left and the oppisite for left handers and when you squat to jump squat a little lower and jump harder also do the approach a little faster

    2) when your in the air, strech out you whole body

    3) keep your arm streched

    4) snap your wrist when you hit
