How can i start a diet and exercise routine without my mom knowing?

Ok so I'm overweight, I'm almost 15, I am 5 feet tall (medicine as a child effected my bones so i stopped growing at an early age, even tho my parents are 6 feet tall) and I weigh 126 lbs. My dad's totally fit and healthy, and my moms obese. well they think I'm fine but i don't feel confident. Anyway they don't want me to start a diet or exercise routine. But they think I'm trying to get thin, i don't want to be thin, I want to feel healthy. So i want to do it without them knowing. Any tips?????

  1. try to stop eating junk food! thats what i did. And i lost the whole fat on my body. Just eat fruit and veggies for like a  week, and you should be happier with yourself. Good luck?


  2. you can join a sport on your school thats how i lost weight. and well if your parents dont want you to be a healthy kid thats just wrong everyone needs at least an hour of excersise. so by joining a sport you can tell your parents its because you love to play games. dont ever tell them you are doing it cuz of your diet

  3. just tell them you dont want to be thin, you just want to feel healthy and explain that to them, they should understand as parents

  4. Be loyal... Im mean imma lil overweight, but If u do like a few cruches here and there, and stuff like that you know, it will come off before you know it!

  6. Just be honest. Tell then that you don't want to go on any crazy crash diet, adn that you just want to be healthy like them. It's never good to hide the truth.
