Hey everyone..im 15 old...and im 1.8m. i want to start losing my weight that i gained during the last 4 years. so anyone can help out...

  1. wow see what i started out with is walking on treadmill about 30 min a day! its really easy and after a couple of weeks you will notice results! oh and drink water instead of soda! that what i did and lost tons!!

    During the first seven days you must drink 10 glasses of water each day.

    DAY ONE

    DAY SEVEN

    Today your food intake will consist of 1 cup rice, fruit juice and the vegetables you care to consume. Tomorrow morning you will be five to eight kgs. lighter than 1 week ago. If you desire further weight loss, repeat the program again. Repeat the program as often as you like, however, it is suggested that you rest for three days before every repetition.

    You have your system under control now and it will thank you for all the purging and cleansing you just gave it. Even more than a diet program it is good to follow this diet once in a while to clean your digestive system and remove toxic substances that have a accumulated in the system.


  4. a really good diet is the half diet everything you normally eat eat half of it......its easy and simple........say you normally eat 4 slices of pizza start eating 2 instead....this really works i lost about 8lbs in about 2weeks........and of course eating fruits and green veggies n drinking lots of water..........also try some whole grain products

  5. Well if you want to get rid of weight and get in shape, you need to learn about dieting first, watch what you eat, no more fatty snacks or food, and don't eat in the evenings (late at nights). After you learn about diet and try dieting you should start jogging or at least getting active such as walking or such, because it burns fat. A diet will affect if you lose weight or not. Do a warm-up before jogging, and DON'T drink pop, drink plenty of liquids.
