  1. You don't need to buy an exercise bike unless you enjoy cycling.  you dont need expensive equipment at all.  Check out my new website www.fitterfasteronline.com.  Its free and I am adding new stuff all the time.  This stuff really works, I am a 40yo mum of 5 and I weigh under 60kg and am super fit.  I also train clients with these types of workouts with fantastic results.  What you need is a  no excuses attitude and some hard work.

  2. drink 1 litre of mint tea every day

use natural mint leaves, it speeds up your metabolism so you burn fat faster and is great for your skin

it leaves you feeling refreshed and cool and it tastes better than most teas

it is great for your teeth too

  3. Okay...two words  WEIGHT WATCHERS!!!!    http://www.weightwatchers.com/plan/eat/p... am currently on the FLEX points system which has worked GREAT for me!

    1.  Eat in moderation  (weight watchers meals are the portion you SHOULD be eating, and it helps control the amount that you normally would eat without even realizing you didn't even need more to eat in the first place)

    2.  GO ON THE TREADMILL!  (the treadmill works out ALL areas of your body and is the best way to exercise; It is a FACT).... Even if you just walk for 5 minutes a day,  you will feel better physically AND mentally...It's amazing what exercise can do for your brain and your health.  Just try increasing the amount of time spent on the treadmill after a few days of getting on it. I am not just using it because of weight loss but  I read a book called  "Spark"  which really motivated me to workout for my anxiety (which has helped tremendously); so it also helps you lose the weight faster.

    3.  Get rid of regular sodas if you drink them, and replace them w/ water.....I know it sucks (at least for ME it did),  but it made a huge difference in how much weight I have lost so far.  I DO have a serious problem with diet sodas which is very bad but hey,  everyone's got their vices right?  LOL

    4.  Eat small meals throughout the day:  For example:  a baby eats every four hours....Well,  doctors say that if you eat like that also, you will lose the weight faster.

    5.  EAT BREAKFAST!   Even if you aren't a big breakfast person (such as I),  I make sure I eat a breakfast bar (nature valley are my FAVORITES).....

Anyways,   once you get into a routine and you count how many points you eat every day, you will lose the weight pretty quickly.   Have you ever tried any of the weight watchers meals??  Smart Ones and Lean Cuisines are the best!!  Try eating those, they are delicious.   Good Luck with your diet.....YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

  4. The following are my simple suggestions to loose weight through diet regulation:-

    (1) Take a glass of hot water 15 minutes before food. It helps.

    (2) Do some or the other physical exercise or join Yoga classes

    (3) Stop over eating. Eat regulated, nutritious, balanced and nourishing food. Fill half the stomach with solid, quarter stomach can be filled with liquids, like yogurt, fruit juice, water etc. Leave quarter stomach empty.

    (4) A vigorous walk of about 2 to 3 miles.

    (5) Take plenty of raw fruits and vegetables, proteins.

    (6) Reduce intake of ghee or any oily substance.

  5. be a vegetarian girl..Don't eat meat so much..Eat only meat once per week,,

    1.

  6. eat anything but pasta, rice, bread, & carb.  try that for 2 months.  I'm doing that now & loosing some weight already w/o any exercise.  I'm starting my exercise, jogging, light weight training today.
