How can i start my dirt bike?

fuel, air, compression & spark... has to have all 4

make sure you have gas in the tank & the petcock is turned on.

make sure the air filter is clean

you state plenty of compression???  just guessing or did you check with a gauge???

make sure the kill switch and key is in the on position (yeah, most true dirt bikes don't have a key or a multi position kill switch, but you didn't state what kind of bike other than dirt bike).  and the spark plug cap is secured on the spark plug.

turn on the choke, kick the kick starter quickly several times without twisting the throttle.  it should start or at least try to start...

if nothing, pull the spark plug to see if it's wet... if wet, at least you are getting gas that far.  stick the spark plug cap back on the spark plug and then ground the threaded portion of the plug to the engine, kick the kick starter thru while watching the gap on the spark plug to insure you are getting spark...

if getting spark & gas, then check the compression with a gauge...

try putting a little bit petrol down the head and also check your spark when the plugs out.

if you have a rotational spark plug the plug it into a drill

Mix some octane with the fuel
