  1. flag football? well, umm, lift some and try to start running, take it slow at first then do more, and make sure to eat right


  2. Since it is summer time swims it works  on all the muscle in the body plus good conditions and do sprints uphill and walk backwards uphills working on strength in the legs.You must make sure you catch throw football around a little bit to get those sure hands back
