  1. There is no race worth damaging yourself as a healer I use Iodine it dries up the wound swimming is always good for fitness during or after injury you can use resistance aids in the pool and also plenty gym work on the cycle with increased resistance stretch your leg gently until it has healed enough to let you run

  2. you should do crunches and if you can manage it lunges, slowly!!!

That picture looks bad but not as bad as some stuff I've seen. It may not heal in time. But wrap it tightly while walking too. If you put pressure on it it will stop bleeding. I'n the picture all you're usin is a band aid   a butterfly bandage might help it close up faster. So do that then walking and luges AND crunches. You won't be terribly out of shape. You won't be as good as before the gaping wound but you wont suck. So I always view not sucking as a good thing.

    Hope I helped

  3. ok the only thing you can do right now is stretch sorry =(

  4. idk, but d**n! that looks painful!

  5. well, i don't think they will let u participate with that kind of injury. but you could try to walk a litle on that foot each day and maybe it will get better

  6. I was going to suggest swimming, but I don't think I would trust a public pool to be clean enough with a wound like that.

You could try skipping on one leg.

But if the wound hasn't healed up that you can run without pain or rick opening up the wound don't bother running.
