  1. Never slow down if you are looking to tackle!! You will be slammed to the ground and will make a fool out of yourself! Watch the hips! Watch the player through game clips or scouting reports or while at practice if you are on the same team and predict his movement while in gameplay. Keep your head up bite down on your mouth piece, assuming you wear one, and let out a loud yell and DO NOT LEAP!!! I repeat DO NOT LEAP!! NEVER leave your feet you lose all ability to react to a juke! run full steam into the hips wrap your hands and arms and lay him out! Good Luck!

  2. slow down before getting near them and then watch the hips

  3. when approaching dont try to follow there juke, just square your body in front of them and open your arms up, they will have know where to go

  4. Listen to al the guys above me about looking at the hips, but don't listen to the guy right above me.  If you did what this guy said, you'd get laid the h**l out.  Good luck, and myabe you'll be great player.

  5. Watch the waist-line, NOT his head. The waist & hips will always be there, and they can't fake you out. For MORE fun, don't just hit him & wrap him up. Hit through him, & wrap up! For instance; If your helmet hits him in the chest, or gut, imagine ramming it all the way through him. A hard nasty hit makes them skittish, or tentative, when coming your way again!

  6. Watch only their waist.  Not their head, shoulders, legs or feet.  You can't juke with your waist as it is the fulcrum, or center that remains constant throughout all the guy's moves.  He cant "fake" with his waist.

Good luck, Buddy!  When you see that this works don't forget to a. come back & give me 10 points....and b. name your first born male child after me if you eventually go on to the NFL.

    Take care!

  7. watch the hips.
