How can i stop being so superficial?

is there a way to learn to not be insecure and not superficial?

or do i just have to wait?

Look at it this way.. maybe guys want a hot babe because nature wants a healthy gene pool... maybe women want the Ferrari guy because that represents money, security and a safe environment to raise a family.

Then again... maybe you just have the wrong friends and the wrong parents to encourage you to be accepting of others... make the decison and don't be afraid... the weird stuff is the spice of life.

i think all that comes with age!

but you can do things to provoke it!

if your insecure? maybe have a deep and meaningful with yourself...

get a piece of paper... write out what you like about urself in one collum and what you dont in the other... then with the collum about what you dont like.. look at that and think abotu the things u can change... cross them out... then cheak out whats left! and im sure if your doing ti truthfully.. you wont have many things that u dont like left... look at who you are.. and the good youve done... and a part of ebing insecure is not being able to trust?

maybe you think everyone is superficial and thats y you cant trust them? think about why you think and do the things you do... and then youll know how to change...

everyones different.. but u cant be too hard on yourself...

To be superficial is to take a person by face value. Look beyond the superfical ccharacteristics you have to be smarter than to judge someone based on what the color of their eyes and hair are, right? Find something more intriguing about the individual like their interests.
