How can i stop depression?

lately ive been so sad.

  1. Watch comedies, work out, be out among people, walk in the park, listen to really good music, make plans, talk with people hang out in coffeehouses.

    Get out and away from the c**p -- and then come back and take on the c**p with renewed strength and a fresh perspective.


  2. some countries with little sun expose their kids to sunlamps this has shown to correct depression. if you spend alot of time indoors make sure you get at least 8 hours of light this should help your mood. ( the expression mugger comes from muggy weather)

    the other thing you might try is to keep yourself busy. if you can't find anything to do there is always volunteer work. the local shelter, food bank or church can always use a helping hand.-blurey

Drink, take some sleeping pills and sleep it off, watch a funny pot-movie (Step-Brothers was soooo funny), take a walk, listen to music, relaxing stuff.  The depression might not go away (although, I doubt you have serious depression.  Being sad and being depressed are pretty different), but being relaxed can't do any harm.
