How can i stop eating junk food ?

i love my doritos but i have loads and im all ways tired so i want to stop but theres another proplem i dont like fruit and dont eat meat(well chicken i eat :) ) so how can i get junk food out of the way and still eat healthy without fruit or meat

  1. Your tired because you may not be getting enough protein.  Wall Mart has some very good protein bars.  I eat 2 per day.  As far as your diet you need to eat 5-6 times a day, small meals.  Drink at least 64oz of water per day.  If you get in the habit of eating every 2-3 hours and try to make good choices and keep the junk food out of the house. The cravings should go away.

  3. You can get good protein from chicken, fish, eggs and dairy products.  You don't necessarily need red meat (although a bit now and then is OK) and you are probably much better off without it.

    You can get away without fruit but only if you eat loads of vegetables.  Both fruit and vegetables contain antioxidants and enzymes that you need for good health and energy.  Both fruit and vegetables is much better than just vegetables alone.

    Doritos are OK but not loads of them as loads of Doritos means that are getting insufficient amounts of other foods.  Doritos could be partially replaced with bread, cereals, pasta or rice.

    Dehydration is a common cause of fatigue.  Most people don't drink enough water.

  4. eat the doritos, but not as much as usual, and start eating fruit-- i used to not like fruit but now i love it... its so refreshing, try good fruit, like plums, and watermelon, its just so refreshing.. eventualy, you wont even want the junk food anymore.

  5. find a healthier substitute. they have flavored ricecakes that taste just as good as doritos these days. force yourself to eat vegetables and fruits for a week or two and you will find that your appitite will most likely change. look at your complexion in the mirror now, and then again 2 weeks after you've done this, you'll see a difference.

  6. Do you like to eat vegetables?  They make great snack foods and are so low calorie.  Fresh cut vegetables and a dipping sauce like ranch dressing are really yummy.  I'm also partial to carrots and hummus :).

  7. Eat pasta and breads - they are filling and have the junk-foody feel that keeps you away from real junk food - however, since they tend to be a little high on the calories you need to be sure to excercise a lot. Also, soups and boiled or steamed vegetables are good. Any recipes with just vegetables such as vegetable casserole, mashed potatoes, vegetable pie, salad, etc. are very good and much tastier than doritoes!  

  8. get all junk food out of sight and then start with fruit like watermelon, cherries are good, apples and slowly start snacking on something healthy instead of junk food, you can also eat almonds if you want they are healthy and taste good too...good luck

  10. First, eliminate ALL the junk food in your house and get it out of your reach. Think about all the healthy foods you could be buying with the same money that you would use for the Doritos.

    I am sure that there are fruits that you have never heard of or seen. Go to the market and buy just one of each including the ones you've never seen. Fruits are delicious. Try them!

  11. You don't necessarily need to eat meat, but you really should find some fruits and vegetables you like. Like it or not it is raw fruit and vegetables that keeps a body healthy. You should also stop eating white breads, pasta's and rice. Switch to whole wheat or whole grain is even better.  Go on line and just type in "healthy menu plans", you'll find loads of info.

  12. Try baking Pita bread.  You can make "chips" by tearing off pieces, and baking them in the oven.  They get crispy and you can dip them in salsa.  Try celery sticks, carrots, peanuts, sunflower seeds, cashews, Chex mix, pumpkin seeds.
