Question:

How can i stop felling psychologically sick?

well basically i have a kind of phobia about vomiting. Its been about a month since i have started to constintly feeling sick, the feeling does not just go away, its affecting my sleep and me being able to enjoy myself when i go out during the day. I dont know what to do as i feel that i would just throw up! PLEASE help me and give me tips on what to do to make it stop. thanx

  1. if your phobia is proving to be hard for you to control, then you should definitely see a doctor. talk to your doctor about it , he'll be able to prescribe you something / tell you what to do to overcome it.

Hi, ive had the same feelings as you as well, until recently when i think i might have nailed it! mostly i would get them in the mornings when i woke up, and mid afternoons, i figured out that it was to do with my diet, i realised that i wasn't eating breakfast or drinking enough during the day. I also get it when my body seems to be low on sugar, i found a had to experiment and see what works. It can also be down to anxiety and nervousness, i would also get it if i was getting ready for a big night out! If you can find something else to think about and distract yourself this also helps, as the feeling is usually in your mind, and not in your stomach!
