Question:

How can i stop freaking out?please help!?

my mom told me that i always freak out and im just like my dad when he freaks out which isnt a good thing. i dont want to be like my dad at all. how can i stop freaking out and change the way i am. i dont like how i act because its ugly. i dont really know what i do wrong and even my friends always say i freak out and i dont want to be like this i dont even want to be there friends anymore. please help me. i hate that word and i hate who i am. i dont want to be like this anymore. it makes me sad and makes me want to kill myself but i know that i wont.

  2. calm down u sound fine, freaking out is not a big deal u shouldn't worry about it i wld never stress my friends out over a problem so small jus find better friends that ur more comfortable freaking out around

  3. I'm not entirely sure on what you mean by "freaking out." Do you start screaming, crying, hyperventilating, stop talking? What is this freaking out that is going on?

    If you aren't sure, you have to be able to ask yourself and friends what it is that you're doing. What is making them say this?

    Thinking back, what happened right before they said you freaked out? Was there a situation that was causing you to do this? Were you stressed out, were you defending yourself?

    I think that once you can do this you may be able to help yourself.

    If you can't figure out the answers, it may be best to see a psychologist. Someone who can help you figure out what is going on... Anytime you're thinking suicidal, it's time to ask for help. I know, b/c I've been there. I too say I'd never do anything to harm myself even though at times I've said it and thought about it. Everything gets hard at times and then more things add on and keep adding on you feel worse. This is a normal reaction.

    You do sound very down and depressed. I think you should see a doctor. You can email me if you feel you need help doing this. I'll be glad to try and help.

    I'm not saying you're crazy or anything like that, but we all need a little help sometimes.

  5. what is causing you to "freak out?" Find your trigger first befor you fix it.

  6. Be who you are, and don't worry about what people think.  Everyone reacts differently to situations. Who says you have to be laid-back anyway? Some people just aren't!  If you really feel that your actions and feelings are inappropriate, go see a doctor. You may be suffering from anxiety, but YOU make this decision!
