  1. hi i really do fill sorry for you i had this with my two children. they say that you get morning sickness when you are carry girls but that is complete bull**** i had a girl and a boy and had it with both of them. don't know why they call it morning sickness either as i had it all day! and sometimes i would have to get up in the night. i tried everything that was i was told about but nothing worked. if any thing if you have sickness i am told that it is a very strong pregnancy! good luck with your new arrival and hope it passes for you soon. x

  2. nibble on fresh ginger or wear those anti sickness bands, both worked for me! good luck!

  3. I am afraid there is nothing really you can do i was the same with my second(which i lost at 16wks) i had sickness the whole time nothing helped, just try and drink as much water as you can this this is more inportant than food. The only thing that helped me a little was ginger biscults.

    Good Luck

  4. ginger can help morning sickness so anything like ginger biscuits or fresh ginger

  5. I dont know much about pregnancy but i dont think you can stop morning sickness.....just eat healthy meals

  6. have u tried ginger ?

    i know u mentioned eating dry biscuits,   but try it with ginger flavoured ones.  ginger is know to help alleviate sickness.  u can buy ginger tablets for travel sickness,  but i wouldn't advise taking any tablets,  even natural ones,  without asking your doctor first.   no harm in trying the biscuits though.

    when i was pregnant,  i found that i felt much worse when i was tired.  so if u can,  take naps when u get tired (if u can - i notice u already have 2 kids,  so i guess it all depends on how old they are,  and how much help u get looking after them).  make sure u get as much sleep on a night as u can - no staying up late !

    after that,  all i can suggest is that u speak to your midwife / doctor about these problems.  they might know of more things that u could try.

    good luck.  congratulations on your pregnancy,  and i hope u feel better soon. x

  11. Your ob can prescribe you medicine thats safe for this so you don't have to suffer.

  12. You really can't. What helps is taking a folic-acid pill. They don't cause harm, and they can get it away in a flash! {Make sure you have a tiny bit of food in your stomach BEFORE you take it.}

    I Hope this helped!

  13. Try drinking lemonade or fizzy water before you go to sleep

  14. The doctor can prescrible you some pills forgot the name of it. But it will make you sleeply. I promise you the morning sickness will go away insteadliy.

  15. discuss your concerns with your OB.

  16. eat a ginger biscuit first thing in the morning

  17. have a package of crackers next to u and eat some before u get out of bed

  18. If it makes you feel really ill it could be a severe form of morning sickness called hyperemesis gravidarum.  I was diagnosed with this during my pregnancy and my doctor prescribed some pills to help me.  Obviously this was a last resort as I was unable to eat or drink properly.  My baby is perfectly healthy though and I felt much better after taking the pills!
