How can i stop my duckling from crying?

its probably calling for the other ducking and its mum.  If you separate ducklings they will call out and listen to the other ducklings calls untill they find the other ones.

Getting another duckling will probably help.

Nevertheless the duckling will grow out of it as it grows up. Leting it play outside sometimes might help (but be present to guard it agianst predetors).

ducks definatly make great pets!!! you can try putting a little stuff toy in with him that sometimes works...you can get another duck and that will probably solve the problem..but if you don't want another duck than try the stuffed animal..give him lots of attention...he will cry when you put him back for a few mins but like the first answer said he will grow out of it and eventually stop calling as much..enjoy your ducking they are amazing pets!!!
