How can i stop my hands from sweating?

my hands are ALWAYS sweaty how can i stop thiss :(

okay so i completely understand this. i had this. its called hiperhidrosis. and it happens whenever your nervous, anxious, scared or at times for no reason. it very humiliating tell me about it. at school i would rip my papers whenever i would give a presentation. my hands would drip. Gladly i got surgery, really its the best thing you could ever get. it works better than anything and its permanent. I went to Colombia this summer and i got it done there since its way cheaper. i got it done about a month ago and now im more than perfect. The procedure consist of three small cuts on each side of your body. one in your armpit, the other one a couple inches below and the one after about one inch below that one. and the same on the other side. If you've already tried antiperspirants and they dont work then i think you should totally consider surgery. Its a bit painful the first 2 days but afterwards your basically ready to go.

are you nervous,has something upset you that you can't express.When does this NOT happen?observe your emotions for a week when sweating in your hands occurs,and when not.I'm sure it's emotional.It happens to me when i'm crapping myself before public speaking,i take a beta blocker off my Doctor,it's kind of hit and miss for me,good luck,see a doc if in any doubt.
