How can i stop my panick attacks?

Breathing isn't working! I'm only 13, and i recently started getting panick attacks before i start to sleep. I feel terrible, and if i try to talk to someone, they're all asleep.

  1. When you feel one coming on, try drinking cold water as it will be a shock to your system. And when you do deep breathing, inhale through your nose and hold for a few seconds before exhaling through the mouth. This activates your parasympathetic nervous system and induces feelings of calm. Also try lavender oil, which is good for relaxation.
