Why? It's a completely normal activity for guys. You may as well go ahead and enjoy yourself!  Even married guys do it, and guys in hot relationships.

Like number 2 said...why bother?  You're not hurting anyone and it's five or so minutes of free entertainment.  The worst thing that happens is that you crave a nap afterwards.  Enjoy yourself!
