How can i stop my stomach from gurgling & making weird noises & embarrassing me in school?

  1. You need to stop eating crappy food.  Cereal is c**p.  

    You should be eating more protein, fats and fiber for breakfast.  

    Every morning, I have 2 scrambled eggs with 2 ounces of cheese, one slice of dry (no butter or anything) whole grain toast and a 1/2 cup of plain oatmeal with sliced strawberries on top and  a cup of black coffee.  

    For lunch, I generally have 3 cups of spinach/lettuce blend, 4 ounces of sliced chicken, tons of finely diced veggies (broccoli, carrots, zucchini, etc) and lemon juice as dressing.  And an apple.  Or grapes or whatever.

    Dinner is usually pretty light.  I'll have some steamed veggies with 4 ounces of chicken.  Or steak. Or ham.  Or whatever.

  5. Your stomach growls because there is too much air inside of you.  Eat something that will take up some room, like bread. I heard that chewing gum and drinking only makes it worse.

  6. it might be because you have to go to the bathroom,digestion, or hunger. I would suggest eating a bowl of oatmeal 2 times a week that should make it stop.

    Hahah sometimes eating breakfast doesnt fix tthe noises.

    So if your sitting in a chair:

    Squeeze your stomach muscles as tight as you can,

    and then if it helps

    hunch over while squeezing the stomach muscles.

    I do this all the time., It works 85% of the time. But its better then always having the noises. And it will 100% reduce the noise.

  8. it is either hungry or digesting so really there is no way to stop it but what you can do, i did it before, is bring a sweater in and put it in your lap/on your stomach, and that should muffle some sound just don't open your mouth when it happens. also you can cough while it is happening. it is normal everyone has it no need to be embarrassed if someone make a remark just smile or laugh.

  11. its gurgling because you don't have enough in your stomach (most likely), avoid caffeine, drink water or eat yogurt and that noise should go.

    was take a teaspoon of olive oil,...by mouth,...

    in morning,...add a few drops,...

    to your water bottle,....i haven't tried it,...

  19. I used to have this problem too. Perhaps eating more, and healthier food, like fruits and grains? It worked for me.

  20. If it's from something you ate, you could try taking gas pills. But my stomach does that when I need to p**p!

  21. Wow, this sounds like my sister on the other end lol. If you do eat, then it

    could be something you just ate. That happened when my sister ate gluten, or starch. You could take an allergy test, or just test what you eat on your own.
