How can i stop myself from fainting?

Question

I have passed out whilst having second piercings to my ears.

But not that long ago i had an injection, but i did'nt faint as i had orange juice and a friend.

I know want to have my belly button pierced but i really don't want to faint. I feel it may be different to the injection and that i will probably faint.

Is there anyway i can stop myself from fainting?

And if i do faint does it matter?

maybe you're too stressed when you're having piercings . drink milk or something which contains calcium.
