im at a very young age! and i have a very dirty language, so i cuss all the time.how can i stop this bad habbit??

use other words to replace those bad words

Most of the "bad" words are words used to describe something.  The ______ TV show. Try substituting other words. My son is allowed to use the words Dang and Friggin. He knows that they are very close to the naughty words that grown ups sometimes use and he also knows that usually there are better words he can use to describe an object or how he feels about something.

My mom used to make me say  Obagottenturkeytrottinsunnovagun.
