  1. Give it to me, I'll hold it for you. After all you did say your money goes to blah blah blah, which happens to be me.  I guess you could plan out your purchases more carefully.  I think we all have this problem, you don't grow out of it, I'm almost 30 and have to buy cds and videogames.  If you know you are going someplace you like to shop don't take money or your bankcard with you.  If it's not on you you can't spend it right?  Limit yourself to one "treat" a week, if you are working that is.

  2. well if you earn "X" dollars a month,

pay all your bills and what ever and then make a wishlist

all the things you want   on it   and buy one or two a mon th depending on the price and on how much you earn.     This is what i do and im pretty sure you'll be able to get your "toys" shortly

  3. try to fool yourself... i have the same problem... when i go to the store i just think to myself... " i don't have the money for that" or " i have no money in my wallet"

  4. Sounds like a personal problem that only you can fix. Bottom line, stop spending money. If you can't do that simple thing, what is it you think any of us here can do or say to make you stop?

  5. STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON WHATEVER YOU WANT!!!!

  6. Dont go places

Get someone to give you the guilt trip everytime you DO go somewhere.

  7. cut out somethings that you don't need to do, like if you get a coffee everyday, then cut ur addiction, or make it at home, that will save you like 3 bucks a day, which is alot in the long run. thats all i got

  8. dont carry alot of money around with you when you go places go out with ppl so you dont have 2 spen on ur self al the time

  9. Put your money in a high yield savings account, and don't touch it.

  10. Allow yourself "X" amount of dollars per pay period for necessities and "X" amount of dollars for fun. Then put the remainder aside in to a savings account.

    Good Luck!

Also, really think about each purchase you make...no impulse buying!

  11. Get a job

  12. Put your money in a cd. Don't touch it.

  13. self control...learn "delayed gratification" not only will it be useful in your later years but also makes things you do buy mean more.

  14. leave ur credit card home when u go to the mall and only take enough money that u can allow yourself to spend that day..............
