How can i stop stressing out?

i've just started highschool..and im stressed out. Any good ways to calm myself down? its also been affecting my skin- i've been breaking out more- any help on that to?

  1. Go to skin id.com It has 20 questions they ask you about your skin  this stuff is better than proactive  As for highschool everyone is nervous when they start back school some people you just can't tell dont worry it will get better for you GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

    Do something fun

    Realize that you can do only one thing at a time


  3. Try burning incense and listening to soothing music.

  4. Try yoga or pilates.  They can do wonders for stress.
