How can i stop thinking about food and stop binging?

whats the easiest way to stop binging on food!!! i usually do eat because i'm bored, and i feel like i think about food 24/7.... even after a meal i start counting down the hours until my next meal, im like obsessed, and i need to stop this!!!!!! :(

i cant seem to stop eating, any tricks that may help? serious answers only please!

  2. find something you love to do (preferably outdoors). if you are active, and doing something that you enjoy, you will not think about food until you are hungry. possibly try

    *horseback riding

    *swimming

    *tennis

    *biking

    *hiking

    or, if you can't coax yourself outdoors

    *drawing

    *scrap booking

    *reading

  3. Binging on fruit might help as it fills you up and is very low in calories.

    Besides eating perhaps you could find some other hobbies such as brisk walking for an hour or two at a time.  Anything to keep you busy so you don't have time to think about food.  Crossword puzzles will keep you busy.
