  1. Well, there's the obvious solution which is to make sure that you dont drink anything in the last hour befoe you go to bed and then force as much out of your bladder as you can

Do you drink a lot of alcohol?  If you do, it could be that you're intolerant of it, or that its making you sleep so deeply that you dont wake up when it's time to go.

Have a chat with your doctor

  2. Anti-depressants and some other medicines can make you too tired to wake up in the middle of the night and if you sleep too hard already, the combination will probably make you wet the bed.

    Ask your doctor.

  3. there is a mdeicine for that. ask the doc.

  4. Depend undergarments

  5. That`s easy mate.....sleep on the floor !

  6. It's caused by heavy sleeping; your body can't wake you up when you need to go. Also may dream about actually getting up and going to the bathroom, when in fact you are sound asleep.

Try directing your dreaming if you can-- think before you go to bed of something disgusting, like an unflushed toilet or one with chains on it-- if you dream, you may reach the bathroom and be unable to use it due to whatever you came up with- then you hopefully will wake up enough to actuallly go.

Also reduce your fluid intake, don't drink anything after 8:00 which will help reduce your burden on your bladder.

    Good luck!

  7. wet dream is normal....never mind

  8. How old are you? As long as you're young I think you can rule out urinary tract infection. Don't drink before you go to sleep.

  9. Go to the Dr. You might have a medical condition.

  10. Diapers?

  11. At 12 y/o you need professional help from a doctor.  It is nothing to be ashamed of and they have a few tricks up their sleeves to help you overcome the problem.  There are also clinics in some big cities for ppl with this problem.

  13. u cant I TRIED!

  14. I wish I knew too, Jake. I'm 13 and still pee to bed occasionally, and I hate it.

  15. nappies???potty training???

no seriously if i was you i just wouldn't drink anything a few hours before you go to bed and force yourself to pee before you go to sleep

  16. Hi Jake

Reduce your drinks before bedtime and make sure that you go to the toilet before you go to bed.

Other than that it can be caused by anxiety, so try to relax and you should be OK.

If you feel the urge to go during the night, then get up and go. but eventually you will train your body to sleep through the night without having to go to the toilet.

    Regards

    Andy

  17. no drinks after 6, its the only way
