How can i stop windows host process (rundll32) message from popping up when i open internet or a new tab?

every time i open my internet explorer or a tab in the internet it says.

a website wants to open web content using this program on your computer

This program will open outside of Protected mode,internet explorer's

protected mode helps protect your computer.If you do not trust this

website,do not open this program

but i cant check the books and ever time i say don't allow it pops up every time tab or internet is open.

P.S. i don't want to download anything!!!

  1. You have an infection.  You need to clean it off.  Assuming you have some good anti-malware, run it.

    But if you don't, and since you don't want to download anything, go get a boxed software.  Or take your computer to a shop and have it disinfected.  Then get some good security.
