Question:

How can i stop worrying???

i worry 24/7.

i worry about where the h**l my life is headed.

i worry about losing loved ones.

i worry about death.

i even worry about the friends i have, and if im a good enough friend.

and i worry about being alone. i hate being alone.

i know this probably sounds horrible, BECAUSE IT IS. i know it.

my problem is i dont know how to stop. its killing me :(

  2. try finding things to do to keep your mind preoccupied, may take up some hobbies or start reading a few book, maybe you'll get cought up in a story and forget about the problems

  4. 1. stop worrying --> if you are free watch some good movies or shows, forget about worries, chat with good friends.

    2. your life is in your hand, you have to handle it, take it easy and handle it with care, everything will be alright.

    3. if you are good with your loved ones, i think they'll never go far from you, you'll never loose them at all.

    4. every living creature must die, and no matter its us or you, one day all of us should die, dont worry about death, live your life happily and do good for other so that all can remember you as a good human being.

    5. you said you have friends, if you have friends then hang on with them, find good friends around you.

    life is nothing but happy / sad situations, its upto you, you can make your life happy.

    even i have a lots of problems in my life, but i always try to solve these, instead of worrying and getting sick of it.

    that word is programmed in the brain and when you say it, your body automatically relaxes.

    try saying/thinking it throughout the day, it'll work.

    i do this before i sleep so that my muscles relax, it helps me sleep faster.

  7. You can't save the world, what happens is meant to happen. Its best if you just take one day at a time, and live life to the fullest. Make sure you live everyday as if was your last. You're in control of your life, make it a happy one.

    (3) God told the people that they shouldn't worry because He'll take care of them.. He said,"Look at the birds..they don't worry about if they'll have food to eat" Neither should you.

    God will take care of everything if you trust in Him.

Poor dear :((, I used to do that a lot too...you should really take a step back and look at whether or not your worrying is changing anything.  Also, know that God loves you and your loved ones just the same, so you have nothing to worry about.  Ask your friends what they think of you, but also remember that you have to be your number one priority.  What do you mean you worry about being alone?  Like, in your room or alone in the house or something?  Maybe you should get a pet to keep you company.  You are never alone because God is with you and he loves you.  If you don't like where your life is headed than you should make a plan/change some plans.  Your decisions determine your fate.  Also, everyone dies, but think of it as a door to something greater.  You won't die any time soon so you don't have to worry, just take care of yourself.  I used to go on walks in the afternoon and listen to my ipod.  I would look at the contrast between the green trees and the blue sky and think of how beautiful everything was.  Try doing something that will put your mind at ease.

  17. Depending on your age this is normal , everybody goes through a crisis at least once in their lifetime. The right thing to do is think positive all the time, no matter what. Don't worry were your life is headed because you don't know, life has a lot of good surprises, think for the present time not the future, if you worry about the future you can't enjoy the present. Losing your loved ones is something that everybody thinks about but that's life and you should accept it only when it happens, you have a good heart for worrying but trust me they don't want you worrying all the time, enjoy the moments you have with them. Death is something that most people fear, if you fear death that means you love life, you have to accept that you will die someday and that's part of life just like being born, trust me you wouldn't want to live forever. If you worry about you being a good enough friend then you are a good friend. Being alone? the population of the world stands at 2 billion plus, trust me you can only be alone if you want to be alone.

    Remember keep positive, go out even if its by yourself, keep busy. Your thinking to much because you are not being mentally active.

  18. i've had a very similar problem

    many people don't realize the agony of having anxiety

    you many grow out of it, i did.

    I also saw a therapist, and there's nothing wrong with it at all, even if you just go to talk and vent, it's very therapuetic.

    When you feel yourself overcome with worry I find it best to exhaust my mind by writing all my worries down.Seeing them on paper may make them seem less scary. Once you've compleltey gotten everything out on paper, crumple it up and cast your problems away.

    It works for me, hope it might help you :)


  19. Okkay. I suggest you to just relax. Go out with a couple of friends. Hangout with family. And DONT woriie about dieing. Everyone dies, you shouldnt really worrie about it right now. Just go out have fun & try to get your mind off of this ''worrie'' thing.
