my front left middle tooth on top kinda sticks out and is a little slanted, so now i can see how horrible my enamel is and so does everyone else. I have an oral b toothbrush that spins and i use pro health at night, but the toothpaste burns my mouth. i use it anyway because i think it's suppose to strengthen my enamel. and in the morning i use crest whitening scope with a regular toothbrush. i floss, and everything. But i havent been to the dentist in forever because we don't have good insurance or something, my mom told me. i have been doing this routine for about 6 months, but i have seen no improvement. what else can i do?

  1. First of all, if the pro health is burning your mouth, stop using it. There are other toothpastes you can use that are just as good that won't have that same effect on your teeth...

Strong enamel doesn't always "look" good. So, you could have discolored enamel that is perfectly healthy and strong. However, if you are concerned with making sure your teeth are strong, make sure you use a toothpaste that contains fluoride. And, if you want to go one step further, use a fluoride rinse, like ACT. My recommendation on this is to use it last thing at night before you go to bed. Rinse with it, swish it, spit it out and don't use water to rinse afterward. Let the mouthwash that coats your teeth sit there overnight, and this will help your enamel remineralize and stay strong and healthy.

  2. you can buy a tooth paste that strengthens enamel or you can get the dissolving crest whitening strips that build enamel

  3. check into the raw food diet

also eating celery and greens really help

your teeth are a reflection of your health
