How can i study English?

Tell me the easiest way to master speaking English.

There're no English speaker close to my city.

There are numerous ways to learn a language.  The first and best way to practice speaking with a native speaker, or going to a county whose native tongue is english.  Try listening to music, and radio shows, and television shows et cetera.  I did this when I was trying to learn French, and my accent came out great!!!!

Practice Practice Practice!! You must practice english everyday in order to master it!!!!

As a start, I liked to learn by listening to VOA (Voice of America) Special English... it's slow English speaking programs with different subjects: news, science, politics, etc.. and use simple words.
