Identify with what motivates you! If we don't learn from our mistakes, history is destined to repeat itself. Change your mental outlook. Turn your teacher into a cartoon character in your mind. Whatever it takes, PAY ATTENTION!

If you have to use self-discipline, ask your teacher to sit you in the front of the class. Keep up the good work! You must have the desire or you wouldn't be asking. Don't waste MY time:-)

you could find educational videos about it or see if the discovery channel is showing anything related to it.

Find a way to make it interesting and remind yourself that adult life is full of things we do not want to do and if we don't learn how to make ourselves do tings we do not want to do, we will never be successful.
