How can i swap back to my old electric key????

ive just moved out and pay electric by key,i didnt think it was that dear then an indian came round telling me to sign up for scottish power and sed its a lot cheaper,but it wasn't,the money dropped right down.i put money on the old key and wen i put it in it sed error-now i really dont know what to do,i wanna swap back!!!

you will have to get in contact with your old electric company who will then start up a new contract with you, explain that you put extra money on the old card, and they will credit it to your new account, i have just done this leaving powergen to go to british gas, big mistake, and it took bout 3 - 6 weeks to swap, because i never credited with british gas, i could use my old key, maybe they will send one out, and just forward the money on to scottish power, if you explain what happened
