How can i switch my computer from english to spanish completely?

I know how to do it from control panel, but it doesn't switch everything, and i whant the whole thing on spanish, because it is going to be a present for a person whom does'nt speak English.

What operating system does your computer have? Windows? if so, then it is my understanding that you cannot just change the interface for it to read in Spanish. You would actually have to have the Spanish package of Windows installed.
