How can i sync my photos from the computer to my itouch?

when i put the usb it doesn't show any thing, so i tried to drag the picture and put it in the itunes, but it didn't work.help

  1. You have to download the pictures on your computer then drag them to itunes. If that doesn't help, try a different usb cord
