U can.. there are many schools in delhi where you can take admission and can give private exam..but admission is necessary..for preparation of exam you can check various site like..

If you read newspapers its full of advertisements about CBSE

private exams. Enter any private recognised institute,go to classes

study and appear for the exams.Check some websites.

u cant give 10th std private exam through CBSE there is no such provision, private exam is only for 12th and that too only for those who have failed once. if u want to give private exam of 10th then go for NIOS(National Institute of Open Schooling) or search for any other board
