How can i take a song from itunes and make it a ringtone on myxer.com?

i wanted to make a song i have on itunes a ringtone on myxer.com but it says "itunes songs are protected by a DRM. please select a non protected file". how do i get my songs to be uploaded? thanks!

I've never heard of myxer.com but you can make ringtones right in GarageBand for free... Here is a tutorial on how to do that:

As I know iTunes purchased M4P files have DRM protection which prevent users from playing iTunes media with other incompatible players or share it with other people.

So, you need a DRM converter to remove the protection to upload it as below:

First, find the iTunes music files in > “My Document” > “My music” > “iTunes”.

Second, find a DRM converter to remove the DRM protection. (of cause iTunes won't do it for you).

Omg i have the same phone as you and i love it! Itunes is protected, therefore they dont like you using there music on music sharing websites and sites that make ringtones 4 u 4 free. They like making money :) ha ha lol. i had the same problem when i uploaded music to windows movie maker it said it was a protected file cuz itunes has a safety thing on it!
