You wanna stay in San Diego Cheap ?? well .. Carlsbad MOtel 6 is a GOOD bet .Its clean . 59 bucks on weeknights. Its right by the ocean. then you can take the coaster downtown..5 bucks. and do the GASLAMP thing .  the ballpark is right downtown too.. lots of bars.. I mean if YOU Really wanted to. you could also take the Trolley to tijuana. Go in the day. Have CORONAS and Taco's in Tijuana in the daytime.. do the weekend thing pretty cheap ..  you could Rent a car and Go to Barona Casino. They have Nice rooms there. or VISIT the other 5 Casino's in San Diego. PALA has drinks on the floor. that's right up the 15.. San Diego is a Fun Place. Mission Valley has lots of good Hotels. During the week you can find a deal .

roast marshmallows on the beach, relax on the beach, drive to the top of Mt. Soledad in La Jolla for great views, watch spectacular sunsets on the beach, hike at Torrey Pines, bike along the coast, cruise Mission Bay on the Bahia Belle (only $6 per person).
