for helthy beautiful hair, u need to moisturize, and TREAT YOUR HAIR LIKE FINE LACE!.i recommend u start oling ur hair,using natural oils such as coconut and olive oil, they are the 2 best ones. they moisturise ur hair. soak ur hair in the oil and leav it on overnight. also, massage the oils into ur scalp. to make sure the oils really go into ur hair, apply heat to ur hair for a while whilst the oil is on. u could do this by using a heat cap. do this weekly. u could also experiment with different natural recipes such as avacado, eggs, mayonnaise etc, all very good for hair. then u must was this off using good hair products.

the hair products u shud use: stop using tresseme, it is cheap quality, only said to be salon quality, then why hav they thrown it on the high street markets!!!!! try shampoos and conditioners such as jhon frieda or naked. i use naked producs, their products are fee from sulphates, petrochemicals and parabens. these chemicals are extremely dangerous for hair and tresseme is ful of them. also use plenty of conditioner and leave it on for a few minutes. use a deep treatment conditioner weekly, naked do a really good one. it comes in a gigantic pot!!! also minimize how much u wash ur hair as it strips away ur natural oils, especially the sulphates in shampoos. avoid them.

if u use heat on ur hair, always use a heat spray, i use vo5 miracle mist detangling heat spray. oh and use a leav in conditioner i use jon frieda emergency tratment spray leav in conditioner. its brilliant!!!!

never never brush ur hair we its wet. always detangle using a wide tooth comb and whilst it has conditioner on it.
