Yes. First of all, you have to build an academy. The requirements of an academy are: Village Headquarters (Level20) Smithy (Level20) Market (Level10). This is the World 13 requirements for it. It may vary for each world. Once you build an academy, mint gold coins and build a Nobleman, then with your other troops, attack the barbarian villages. Each attack from a nobleman will lower down the barbarian village's loyalty points down from one hundred. Typically, it will take about 3-4 attacks for you to take over a village.
