How can i take glue from bat tape off a cricket bat?

i used some bat tape to protect by bat but it started to come off, so i took the rest of it oof the bat but it has left some really anoying patches of glue on my bat face.

Help!!!

  1. Lightly sandpaper the patches then over the spots add some oil and your bat should be back to normal


  2. use scruuber very slowly.

  4. I know this can be annoying because I took a whole extratec sheet off my bat face. I would two effective methods.

    1. Have the bat completely sanded (this not only gets rid of the glue but leaves you with a nice smooth face and the wood looks like new!)

    2. I often eyciliptus oil [can't spell it but u say it like this:] u-cull-ip-tis oil along with gentle scrupping otherwise you may damage the bat face

  5. yes do that

  6. try nail polish remover

    and a scrubbing brush

    if its a light area of glue

    just use a bit of fine sandpaper
