Those pictures are called animated pictures, and they are in GIF Format.

You need more than 1 picture to get an animated picture.

Upload your pictures there, and start animating them.

But in order to create an animated GIF, Your pictures should be in a GIF format. The site also allows you to change Your picture to GIF Format.

So, Change the Format of the pictures to GIF first, Save it to your computer, then upload them one by one and start creating your own animated GIF.

If you have Flash, that allows you to put one picture per frame & control the play speed, like a movie.

There's a free trial download called Swish that works the same way.
