How can i take off/hide these tags?

Ahh maybe color it in red to blend in? Or cut it off NEATLY so it will look like it was never there.

Yikes, whose brilliant idea was that? I wouldn't want the size out for the world to see, either.

You could buy a cool patch and sew it on top of the size.

Wow, that is the worst idea ever to put a size on the outside of a shirt.  I don't know how the patch is on there.  If it is sewn on you can try and use a seam ripper which is one of these things http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seam_ripper

It will help.  If not that I have to agree with the answer that said to try and put a patch over it.
