How can i take still pictures from a dvd cd thats is playing on my computer??

On your key board there is a print screen key. hit the key when the image is on. Open your paint program in your accessories and paste the image. It will paste the entire screen of your computer.Then with the square crop tool copy the image and paste it in a second paint program and save it as a jpg file
