How can i take the Ap exam if i didn't get recommended to take any in my school?

i am currently a sophmore and next year i will be moving on to becoming a junior. my school offers a few ap course but i didn't get recommended to any because of my bad performance in a specific subject. i am looking forward to taking some ap course over the summer. the problem is i figure the deadline pass which is march 1 for the registeration. do i wait till next year? i want to submit my transcript and the number of ap course taken along with sat subject and sat exam before my senior year so what do i do? help!!!!!!! also i want to fit some extracurricular activities and some volunteer work as well into my 2 years i have left b4 heading to college
