How can i take this type of pictures of my myspace page?

this is someone else's myspace page pic. how can i take such pictures of of my page or of the comments ppl send me?

you simply push that button on the top of your keyboard by the f12 button and it is automatically on your clipboard so you go to paint click on edit at the top of the screen and click paste and cut what you don't want on the picture

Press print screen on your keyboard on your right hand side..

Then go to the paint program that hopefully came with your computer and paste.

click print screen on the top right of your keyboard,

then go into paint and paste it.

then just save it and there you go :]
