How can i talk to a live technical help person for yahoo!music jukebox?

I am trying to migrate from MusicMatch to Yahoo!Music Jukebox, but the download fails. When I try to send a message to technical support, it also fails.

Try booting your computer in safe mode and then install the version of Yahoo! Music Jukebox with the Migration Assistant.

"Save" the program (Do not "Run" it) and download it to the desktop.

- Shut Windows down, and then turn off the computer.



- Restart the computer. The computer begins processing a set of instructions known as the Basic Input/Output System (BIOS). What is displayed depends on the BIOS manufacturer. Some computers display a progress bar that refers to the word BIOS, while others may not display any indication that this process is happening.

- As soon as the BIOS has finished loading, begin tapping the F8 key on your keyboard. Continue to do so until the Windows Advanced Options menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.

- Using the arrow keys on the keyboard, scroll to and select the Safe mode menu item, and then press Enter.

   NOTE: Load Windows in 'Safe Mode with Networking'.

From the desktop, run the installer file that you downloaded.

You clould email yahoo which I think that there  email address is [e-mail]. They should response as soon as possable. I hope this helps.
