How can i talk to someone about visas without paying??

Question

Me and my girlfriend are in a situation where she would like to come back to america with me from germany. we have tried calling embassies for information but they always forward us to some kind of answering machine. So my question is if there is anyway to talk to someone about visas without having to pay for it??

Well, if you are still in Germany..ask for Friday off and leave

to go to the Embassy in Berlin that night by train..that way

the two of you can go see Berlin and speak face to face

with an Embassy Official and work things out.

Sorry about the money thing , but you will just have to spend

some on a room and train tickets,still during the weekend

train tickets are cheaper.

You can go to the USA embassy and apply for a K-1 for a fiancee, but as soon as she gets in america you have 3 months to get married.

Or you can get married in germany and bring her here as a legal resident she would have to wait in Germany for the papers. Is better if you guys marry here.

Try the family based immigration forum, it's very good!  There is a lawyer that goes in there from time to time if you are looking for professional advise. There is also,  lots of laypersons with advise based on their experiences and dealings with the uscis; I find their help to be even better then the professional help.

you will have to pay for a visa, there is no way around ,are you in Germany now or the US ?

it is a very long process do know that, before you start, visa rules are strict nowadays, but mostly longs!

the visa fee is 455$ dollars and non refundable

Make an appointment with the embassy or consulate to apply for a visa.

You will be charged for the application. It will be difficult to get a Visa for your girlfriend, particularly a work visa. You should try and get a student visa, but it will require that she enroll in an accredited school.
